This strawberry smoothie gives me so much energy. In my opinion an alternative energy drink [ yes, it takes longer to make a smoothie than buying a red bull - but it lasts longer too ] would be this natural beverage. Something about this just makes you more awake, it’s also a good amount of food - I mean you get full off of a little glass like this.
